Experience and Skills Required-

•  Experience working with Public Sector/State government experience
•  The Quality Assurance Engineer writes Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Sets and Schedule Test
  ExecutionsÂ
•  Writing Test casesÂ
•  Training test engineers, Q/A Techs and Acceptance Testers from business units.Â
•  Strong knowledge of Ranorex, Rapise, QTP (UFT), Selenium or similar Automation SolutionsÂ
•  Practical knowledge of Source Control and experience working with GIT, GITHub, Source
  Tree, TortoiseGit or similar tools.Â
•  Configuration and implementation of Automated Test productsÂ
•  Interface with technical teams to engineer all necessary test scenarios.Â
•  Good understanding of RDBMS (Oracle and SQL Server) with large, complex data setsÂ
•  Draft Acceptance criteriaÂ
•  Capture AcceptanceÂ
•  Managing and maintaining a test framework

Duties:

•  Collaborate with Business and Technical teams to ensure the Quality Assurance process
  successfully supports the deployment of fully tested code to our environment within the
  accepted parameters defined by the SOSTek team.Â
•  Ensure technical and customer requirements for assigned projects are achievedÂ
•  Strong acumen for reading technical documents / requirements and being able to translate
  that to the product.Â
•  Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring and managing automated testing tools
  successfully.Â
•  Proven industry experience using Agile Software Development practices (Continuous
  Integration, Continuous Deployment…)Â
•  Provide training on the Automated Testing Tools/Services for the technical and business
  teams that will use them.Â
•  Programming experience in C#, VBScript, Python, JavaScript is a big plusÂ
•  Lead automation script development and optimization of those scripts.Â
•  Manage the execution of automated tests and its automated scripts integration with the test
  management tool.Â
•  Collect and report quality metrics from test executions.Â
•  Develop, execute and lead (in collaboration with QA Manager) the Automation planning,
  Scripting, and maintenance strategy.Â
•  Experience measuring performance and performing load tests and strong understanding of
  how to interpret the results and determine root cause for issues identified.Â
•  Participate in technical discussions and issue identification/resolution with Engineering
  teams comprised of internal and external resources.Â
•  Support engineering, development, release management and customer support organizations
  in troubleshooting and/or addressing issues with applications and environments.Â
•  Experience writing technical documents describing any technical deficiencies.
